Position Summary:
We're looking for a passionate and innovative Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating eye-catching, high-quality visuals. The ideal candidate is skilled in both digital and print mediums, with a knack for transforming concepts into unique designs that resonate with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging Design : Create eye-catching and functional packaging that aligns with our brand identity, appeals to consumers, and complies with industry standards.
• Logo Design : Develop unique and memorable logos that capture the essence of new and existing products, as well as client brands.
• Digital Art & Illustration : Produce high-quality digital artwork for online campaigns, advertisements, and product mock-ups.
• Collaborate : Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand goals.
• File Preparation & Printing : Prepare files for production, ensuring that all designs are optimized for printing and digital formats.
• Trend Analysis : Stay updated with current design trends and technology to continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience : 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, logo creation, and digital art.
• Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with other design software and tools.
• Attention to Detail : Ability to deliver accurate and polished designs, meeting all technical and creative requirements.
• Creative Vision : Strong conceptual skills with the ability to take projects from idea to final execution, thinking outside the box and pushing creative boundaries.
• Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with 3D packaging mockups or rendering software.
• Knowledge of print production processes and materials.
• Understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
