We need a Creative Director who can bring these stories to life across all touchpoints, both offline and digital.Innovate and Inspire: Push creative boundaries with unique and differentiating design strategies for all Rare brands.Champion Creativity: Define and refine the creative process, ensuring high-quality briefs, regular reviews, and effective feedback channels.Tech-Savvy Solutions: Utilize technology creatively to solve business challenges.Campaign Maestro: Lead the direction, ideation, and execution of marketing campaigns across all brands.Visual Storytelling: Develop mood boards, art direction for photography, and design briefs that maintain each brand\xe2\x80\x99s unique identity.Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the content and social media teams to plan and execute creative communication strategies.Team Leadership: Lead the design, photography, and content creation teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Requirements5-7 years of experience in design and brand marketingAgency experienceExperience with F&B or hospitality brands across digital and offline channels
