Position Type: Full-timeResponsibilities: * Lead and inspire the art team to create visually compelling and innovative concepts for digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Oversee the execution of creative concepts from ideation through to final production, ensuring high-quality visual content.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to develop integrated creative strategies that align with client objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and art directors, providing feedback and fostering their professional growth.
• Manage client relationships, presenting creative ideas and concepts while ensuring alignment with brand vision and strategy.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.

• 10-12 years of experience in creative direction, with a focus on digital art direction and design, preferably in an advertising or agency environment.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print designs, with a strong emphasis on creative leadership.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and a strong understanding of digital design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and sell creative concepts to clients.

Skills:

• Primary: Leadership, art direction, creative concept development, digital design expertise, strong visual storytelling, client management, team mentoring.
• Secondary: Proficiency in animation, video editing, and motion graphics, experience with content management systems (CMS), knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends.
