Role Overview: As a Creative Designer & Video Editor at iMonk, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging visual content across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate with our marketing, communications, and creative teams to produce compelling videos, eye-catching graphics, and brand-consistent designs that captivate our audience and drive our message forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing:
• Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
• Collaborate with the team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
• Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and meet project objectives.
• Manage video projects from inception to final delivery, including revisions and feedback.

Graphic Design:

• Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, ads, brochures, and banners.
• Develop brand-consistent visuals and layouts that align with our marketing strategies.
• Create infographics, illustrations, and other visual elements to support content.
• Work with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design projects.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver high-quality results.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide creative input and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant design and video editing software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
