We seek a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer passionate about T-shirt design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to create eye-catching and impactful designs. This role involves collaborating with the design team to develop original T-shirt concepts, from initial sketches to final production-ready artwork.
Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create compelling T-shirt designs that align with our brand identity and target audience.
• Create detailed illustrations and graphics for T-shirt designs, ensuring visual appeal and consistency.
• Utilize design software ( Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop , etc.) to produce high-quality artwork for production.
• Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• 0-6 months of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on T-shirt design.
• Proficiency in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software .
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and Youth culture.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
