Job Role: Creative Designer SPERequired Exp: 5+ years:We are looking for a Creative Designers to manage and moderate creatives for the brands advertising on Amazon. The Candidate would be primarily responsible for moderating display brand creatives based on Amazon Creative guidelines. A high ownership role, the candidate is expected to maintain high quality standards and attention to Detail. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for the design, layout, and structure of the DSP assets on the web portal. The graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.Responsibilities

• Moderation of Creatives shared by Brand assuring they adhere to Amazon guidelines
• Provide feedback and creative edits within the given deadline.
• Work with the advertisers and internal teams to produce final image/video assets.
• Video creation from assets (images/videos/texts) submitted by the advertisers
• Video editing from available video assets to make it DSP Assets compliant.
• Prepare and present video and image assets for the campaign.
• Develop illustrations and designs using Adobe Photoshop & illustrator.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each asset.
• Ensure final graphics, templates/ layouts are visually appealing and on-brand through video editing, video overlays, frame transition effects and more.

• MBA/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a MUST
• Proven graphic designing (min. 5+ years) and Moderation/Managerial experience (Must have)
• Relevant experience with graphics app, professional image editor, and video edit tool
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Extremely proficient with design software and technologies (such as Premier pro, Photoshop, Aftereffects, Illustrator, Animoto etc.)
• A keen eye for attention to detail and aesthetics
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

• Experience in 2D animation, 3D animation and motion graphics with skills in Aftereffects, Premier Pro and Media Encoder is a plus.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
