Job Summary: Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and translating them into visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity. Developing design concepts, layouts, and mock-ups for review and approval, and incorporating feedback to deliver high-quality final designs. Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing collateral and maintaining a cohesive visual identity. Keeping up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing designs. Coordinating with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, when necessary to ensure smooth production and execution of design projects. Qualification & Experience Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or any diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field 5 years of experience as a designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar applications. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of effective visual communication. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and interpret design briefs.
