We are looking for a Creative Designer who can bring fresh ideas and visual creativity to represent our brand and engage our target audience effectively.

Job Responsibilities

As a Creative Designer at Astitva Energies, you will:

• Design and Visual Content Creation: Develop creative designs for digital and print platforms, including brochures, social media posts, advertisements, banners, presentations, and website assets.
• Brand Development: Ensure consistency in branding across all visual materials while elevating the brand identity.
• Video and Animation: Create engaging videos, reels, and animations to enhance the impact of social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Idea Generation: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute visually appealing campaigns for solar energy solutions.
• Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to create modern, appealing visuals.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with printing and production vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of printed materials.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles. Exceptional portfolios from freshers will also be considered.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to create short videos, GIFs, and motion graphics for social media.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles is an added advantage.
• Creative Thinking: A knack for storytelling and conceptualizing innovative ideas to drive engagement.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
