As a Creative Designer, you\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity and bringing our brand\'s story to life through compelling design. You will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging designs for a variety of platforms including our website, social media, marketing materials, and other digital and print media. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Development: - Develop and maintain the visual identity of Thrillophilia across all channels.- Create design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency in branding. 2. Design Execution: - Produce high-quality visual designs-from concept to execution, including those for desktop, web, and mobile devices at a variety of resolutions. - Create compelling graphics, icons, and layouts for both print and digital media. 3. Collaboration and Leadership: - Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas. - Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and direction. 4. Project Management: - Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail. - Coordinate with external agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary. 5. Innovative Design Solutions: - Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices in graphic design. - Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve our branding and marketing efforts. 6. Digital Asset Management: - Oversee the organization and maintenance of a digital asset library. Qualifications: 1. Education & Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a leadership role. 2. Technical Skills: - Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with HTML and CSS. - Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools is a plus. 3. Creative Skills: - Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives. - Excellent graphic design skills and a strong portfolio of work. 4.
