Hiring for One of the American Technology Company. It has since grown into a prominent player in the digital advertising industry. Location : Chennai (Hyrbid Module)You will be responsible for ingesting and understanding design briefs for a multitude of templated and custom ad formats, working through feedback and revision rounds, seeking input and mentorship from senior leads, and assisting commercial teams with creative inquiries. Requirements : - Preferred Bachelor\'s Degree in Visual Arts, Multimedia, or Advertising Arts - 2+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or design - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role- Excellent written and verbal communication- Strong knowledge of design production using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - Strong motion design experience with Adobe Animate- Basic video editing using Adobe After Effects and Media Encoder - Basic knowledge of Google Web Designer, Dreamweaver, HTML5, and JS is a plus- Ability to stay organized under pressure and deliver at a rapid pace- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail and quality- Portfolio showing examples of design workResponsibilities : - Ensure the on-time and on-spec delivery of ad campaign design files.- Consult with the internal sales team and design products best fit their customer needs.- Work with the Creative Solutions team leads to ensuring the quality of work meets client expectations and industry standards.- Review designs for quality assurance and accuracy. - Required Portfolio (ref:updazz.com)
