Position Summary
Talented, customer-focused visual designer to create innovative digital/print assets that would be used in proposal collaterals globally. This role involves working collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The candidate must be adept at juggling multiple projects, work closely with various stakeholders to bring designs to fruition.
Key Responsibilities
xc2xb7 Design & develop concepts while maintaining a firm understanding of the proposal objectives. Ensure that the content is consistent with the brand/content strategy and.project goals/objectives so that key proposal themes and design are appropriately delivered to the intended audience
xc2xb7 Ensures all collaterals meet the submission deadlines
xc2xb7 Communicates clearly (written and verbal) to necessary stakeholders
xc2xb7 Monitors trends to make sure designs are relevant, appropriate and applies industry standards and best practices to design
xc2xb7 Strong conceptual skills and the ability to take ownership of deliverables
xc2xb7 Produce high-quality visual designs from concept to execution
xc2xb7 Convert complex information into graphics, charts, graphs, and other forms of data visualization
Requirements
xc2xb7 7+ years of visual design experience and proposal delivery expertise.
xc2xb7 A passion for visual design, innovation, and teamwork
xc2xb7 Solid-foundation and instinctive ability to exercise good judgment in manipulating the formal elements of visual communication such as contrast, scale, color, pacing, and typography
xc2xb7 Working experience in creating Powerpoint templates using Adobe tools
xc2xb7 Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and PowerPoint is essential
