We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our dynamic team in Kanjurmarg, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and the ability to produce engaging content that resonates with our target audience in the real estate and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, website pages, case studies, whitepapers, and social media.
• Research industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to create informed and relevant content.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create cohesive content strategies and campaigns.
• Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and style consistency.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, newsletters, and presentations.
• Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate insights into content creation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the real estate or construction industries.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
