Job Description

• Produce engaging content (reels, carousels, stories, posts, videos) aligned with the brand voice and audience preferences.
• Manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow followers organically and through paid campaigns.
• Increase likes, comments, shares, and overall audience interaction.
• Monitor trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant.
• Work with influencers, photographers, and other creators to enhance content quality and reach.
• Tailor content to crack platform algorithms and improve visibility.
• Assist in creating visuals and copy for Meta, Google, and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Brainstorm innovative ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.
• A strong creative mindset with the ability to produce unique and engaging content.
• Up-to-date with social media trends, viral challenges, and audience behavior.
• Experience with analytics tools like Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for captions, scripts, and content descriptions.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a consistent posting schedule and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
