InnerKraft is looking for a skilled Creative Communication Specialist to join our young and enthusiastic team. Job Location: Near Taratala, Kolkata (Work From Office) Nature of Employment: Full-time Role Overview: As a Content Development Specialist, you\'ll craft captivating narratives, championing accuracy and creativity while driving engagement and growth through your expertise in content creation, editing, and SEO optimization. Responsibilities:
- Research and write engaging and compelling contents on topics related to productivity, mindset, life related matters, Psychology, etc.
- Produce written matter as per the company\'s need such as short and long-form articles, blogs, narratives, etc that captivate audiences.
- Review and edit written content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style consistency, syntax and formatting.
- Fact-check and verify information to maintain accuracy and credibility.
- Increase website traffic by following SEO best practices
- Coordinate with the teams to streamline content production and to ensure accurate and timely execution of projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve overall quality of content.
- Stay updated on language usage, style guides, and industry standards.
- Bachelor\'s degree in English, Mass Communication, or related field
- Demonstrable interest or background in psychology
- 2-4 years of proven work experience as a Content Writer & Editor/ Ghostwriter/ Blog Writer or similar positions
- Excellent command over the English language with effective communication skills
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
- Analytical and has the ability to work in an organized and structured manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
