Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative Branding Creation Designer to lead the development of innovative brand identities and visual designs for clients. You will conceptualize, design, and deliver compelling visual assets that align with clients' values and goals, ensuring consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate should excel in fast-paced environments and have a strong portfolio showcasing branding expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

oBrand Development: Create logos, color schemes, typography, and design guidelines for diverse industries.

oCreative Conceptualization: Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize branding campaigns.

oGraphic & 3D Design: Produce high-quality visual content (logos, banners, brochures, packaging, and digital ads) in both 2D and 3D.

oMarket Research: Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure branding strategies are current.

oClient Collaboration: Understand client goals to ensure consistency in branding across all mediums.

oPresentation: Present design concepts and strategies to internal teams and clients.

oBrand Guidelines: Develop comprehensive guidelines for brand consistency.

oProject Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

oCollaboration: Work closely with copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience: 8-10 years in branding, visual identity, or graphic design.
• Design Tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D design software.
• Branding Expertise: A portfolio showcasing strong branding and identity work.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in design and creative work.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting design concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in branding or creative agencies.
• Knowledge of web design, UI/UX, and social media trends.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
