:We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Design Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a blend of artistic talent, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to produce visually stunning and impactful designs.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Creative Projects: Oversee and manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all projects.
• Develop Visual Content: Create visually compelling graphics for various media including print, digital, and social platforms.
• Brand Development: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity through innovative design solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective design strategies.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into the company's design practices.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Quality Control: Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality and align with the companys vision and goals.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and your creative expertise.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other relevant design software.
• Creativity: Exceptional creative abilities and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, colour, and layout.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• CTC : 4 LPA to 10 LPA
• Language : English & Tamil
