We focus our energy at the rural and urban slums creating the younger generation become productive sources of IndiaSince our inseption, NCT promotes international volunteers participation within and with our partners\' projects. We began volunteers hosting and coordinating programmes in 2010 and since then, it is a long walk with many committed volunteers.Context:NCT is a registered non-profit from India working directly with target groups in Andhra Pradesh. It is organizing educational preventive drug addiction awareness activities in educational institutions, including universities, targeting students aged 14-26 years. In addition to young people, the project also focuses on educating parents to prevent their children from becoming addicted to drugs and to assist in their rehabilitation if they are already affected. We aim to reach 100,000 students and 50,000 mothers by December 2024.To that end, we intend to engage Online Volunteers to support us in creating educational videos. Your videos will help our teams effectively reach these target groups and make a significant impact on their lives.Task type:Communication and social mediaTask description:We are seeking Online Volunteers to help create educational videos aimed at preventing drug addiction among children and adolescents. Videos will focus on educating young people primarily on prevention and rehabilitation.Within the addiction context, we will give specific tasks to each Online Volunteer, such as focusing on alcohol, drugs, over-the-counter drugs, rehabilitation, etc., in consultation with the selected volunteers and their ease of work. Each volunteer is expected to make just one video running 3-5 minutes long, featuring an English voiceover.Videos are expected to be both data-driven and empathetic, highlighting the harmful impacts of drugs such as marijuana, heroin, cocaine, opium, and inhalants. The NCT team will help you with data, content, infographics, and photographs from our field activities. The videos should be engaging and educational, utilizing animated and descriptive visuals, or a presentation style. Selected Online Volunteers will receive detailed briefings and ongoing support via Skype, MS Teams, or Slack.Requirements:Video making and editing.
