:

• Take complete ownership of the assigned state for the Agent Network.
• Lead the creation and expansion of the Agent Network from the ground up.
• Liaise effectively with Regional Business Offices (RBO) & Head Offices (HO).
• Coordinate with local bank vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and regulations for the Agent Network.
• Promote and brand the company's products effectively within the network.
• Maintain regular communication with both Regional and Head Offices.
• Explore and implement new strategies to expand the Agent Network.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and work toward achieving Key Result Areas (KRAs).
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Strong written communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/post-graduate in any stream.

Work Experience:

• 4-5 years of total experience, with 3-4 years in a Banking Correspondence Network preferred.
• Prior experience in field operations is a key requirement.
• Knowledge of local language and geography is essential.
