The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team manages a property estate that spans 37 countries and 67 locations around the world. The CRE team is responsible for the acquisition, design, build and disposal of all our offices and the full lifecycle management of these working environments.Group Corporate Real Estate are creating a new Programme Management Office (PM0) in Hyderabad to support the global activities of the CRE team, as part of this new PMO are looking for a CRE Programme Senior Manager to be responsible for leading a team of two people, developing and building the CRE program and managing the objectives for the global functions. You will be tasked with developing multi string program to drive the organisation's strategic direction, as well as creating, mapping, and managing long term goals. You will also oversee the development of budgets and their reporting, the operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.To be successful in this role, you will need to have senior operational experience in Facilities Management or CRE and prior experience in program management. You will work with and support the activities of the following team, Group CRE Infrastructure, Group CRE Operations, Group CRE Risk and Group Director of CRE and Workspace Management.Key stakeholders for this role are: CRE Leadership Team including the Group CRE Director, Head of Program for Group Technology, divisional program and project management teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Manage two direct reports, ensuring that these team members have the resources and tools needed to deliver.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for CRE management programs, aligning them with the organisation's overall business objectives and CRE related projects.
  • Organise programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organisation and CRE / Workspace Teams.
  • Identify, analyse, report and mitigate potential risks associated with CRE program, ensuring that contingency plans are in place.
  • Report on CRE department goals and initiatives.
  • Identify and repot on programme / project strengths and areas for improvement across all CRE/Workspace functions.
  • Develop Business Case approval documents for CRE / Workspace key projects, programmes, or deliverables.
  • Report and manage KPIs in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of projects, programmes, or deliverables.
  • Ensure that your team produces accurate and timely reporting of programme status throughout its life cycle.
  • Partner with key stakeholders from across CRE, to define programme scope and plans for the delivery of our strategic initiatives.

  • Build a team that is able to produce monthly programme reports which will be issued internally to CRE and then Divisional Excos.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
  • xe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bOperational CRE experience at a senior level.
  • CRE Project and or Programme Management experience.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing global change programmes.
  • Solid years programme management experience preferably in large scale change programmes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
  • Superb organizational skills.
