The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team manages a property estate that spans 37 countries and 67 locations around the world. The CRE team is responsible for the acquisition, design, build and disposal of all our offices and the full lifecycle management of these working environments. Group Corporate Real Estate are creating a Programme Management Team (PMT) in Hyderabad to support the global activities of the CRE team, as part of the new PMT are looking for a CRE Programme Analyst that will be responsible for data analytics and administrative support. You will be focused on efficient and accurate reporting, tracking, and managing data required for successful programme management. Along with assisting day-to-day workspace services and operations, reporting on quality, efficiency, and progress against initiatives, deliverables and projects across all CRE departments.To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in program management and reporting.KEY RESPONSIBILITESxe2x80x8b

• Design and implement reporting systems to support programme operations and business analysis.
• Generate reports that provide insights into key data metrics across multiple platforms.
• Ensure CRE project, initiatives or key deliverables data is captured efficiently and consistently.
• Report progress of CRE projects, initiatives or key deliverables to the PMT.
• Maintain the accuracy CRE Programme Reporting tool.
• Analyse and interpret data, creating business reports that offer actionable insight.
• Support the development of Business Case approval documents for CRE / Workspace key projects, programmes, or deliverables.
• Provide administrative support to the PMT.
• Attend all CRE/Workspace projects, programmes, or deliverables meetings to capture risks and update programme reporting.
• Monitor SLAs for CRE teams, defining performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Report regular performance reviews against SLAS, identifying non-compliance.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE

• Operational CRE experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, with skills in creating pivot tables, graphs, and charts for data visualization.
• Minimum intermediate proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards and reports.
• Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Data analytics to track real estate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
• Superb organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
