xe2x80x8bOVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team manages a property estate that spans 37 countries and 67 locations around the world. The CRE team is responsible for the acquisition, design, build and disposal of all our offices and the full lifecycle management of these working environments.Group Corporate Real Estate are creating a Programme Management Team (PMT) in Hyderabad to support the global activities of the CRE team, as part of the new PMT are looking for a CRE Programme Manager to be responsible for building and managing the CRE programs and objectives for our Group CRE functions. You will be tasked with developing programs to drive the organisation's strategic direction, as well as creating, mapping, and managing long term goals. You will also oversee the development of budgets and their reporting, the operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.To be successful in this role, you will need to have senior operational experience in Facilities Management or CRE and prior experience in program management. You will work with and support the activities of the following team, Group CRE Delivery & Development, Group CRE, Group CRE Operations, Group CRE Risk and Compliance and Group CRE Workspace Management.
xe2x80x8bKEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for CRE management programs, aligning them with the organization's overall business objectives and CRE related projects.
  • Organise programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organisation and CRE / Workspace Teams.
  • Ensure CRE projects are executed efficiently, effectively, and within budget.
  • Report on CRE project status to senior CRE leaders and externally to the CRE team.
  • Identify, analyse, report and mitigate potential risks associated with CRE projects, ensuring that contingency plans are in place.
  • Maintain and manage the CRE Programme Reporting tool.
  • Manage project data collation and reporting.
  • Report on CRE department goals and initiatives.
  • Collate and report on budgets for CRE & Workspace team.
  • Identify and repot on programme / project strengths and areas for improvement across all CRE/Workspace functions.
  • Develop Business Case approval documents for CRE / Workspace key projects, programmes, or deliverables.
  • Report and manage KPIs in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance.
  • Meet with stakeholders to ensure effective communication of projects, programmes, or deliverables.
  • Attend all CRE/Workspace projects, programmes, or deliverables meetings to capture risks and update programme reporting.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of programme status throughout its life cycle.
  • Partner with key stakeholders from across CRE, to define programme scope and plans for the delivery of our strategic initiatives.

  • Issue monthly programme reports which will be issued internally to CRE and Divisional Excos.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
  • Operational CRE experience.
  • CRE Project Management experience.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Data analytics to track real estate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing global change programmes.
  • Solid years project and programme management experience preferably in large scale change programmes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
  • Superb organizational skills.
