Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Responsibilities:



Build and nurture strong relationships

with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Address customer inquiries

and provide detailed product information with clarity and professionalism.

Resolve customer concerns

promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and customer retention.

Collaborate with the sales team

to identify and meet customer requirements effectively.

Maintain accurate records

of all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys

to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure timely product delivery

and follow up to confirm customer satisfaction.

Work towards achieving customer service goals

and contribute to overall business success.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative support

to various departments, ensuring smooth office operations.

Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records

for easy accessibility and security.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

with professionalism and efficiency.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

, ensuring effective time management.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations

, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of quality.

Perform general clerical tasks

, including data entry, photocopying, and document scanning.

Manage office supplies

and oversee equipment maintenance to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Skills:



Minimum 1 years of experience

in customer relationship management and/or office administration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
