Key Responsibilities of CRM Executive Customer Engagement & Follow-ups
• Take over customer interactions immediately after the sales presentation and site visit.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, updates, and support.
• Regularly follow up with potential customers to address their queries and keep them informed.
Documentation & Communication
• Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork, including booking forms, agreements, and payment plans.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project timelines, progress updates, and other customer-related milestones.
Relationship Management
• Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience throughout their journey with Meraki Habitats.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
CRM System Management
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Track customer feedback and provide insights to the sales and project teams for continuous improvement.
Payment Coordination
• Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules and ensure timely reminders for dues.
• Work with the accounts team to address any payment-related queries or discrepancies.
Post-Sales Support
• Provide assistance to customers regarding project handovers, customizations, and other services.
• Organize and manage periodic customer engagement activities to enhance brand loyalty.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
