SEWA Punjab Sangini is looking for a full time (8 hours work day) female Creche assistant who will be responsible as part of a team for the efficient running of a childrens daycare facility / creche ( located in sector 17 CHD ) on a day to day basis.

She will assist in providing a safe, stimulating and child centered environment to ensure that all children's developmental needs are being met .

She should have passion to read stories in hindi and english with children and conduct (age wise ) learning and engaging games and activities with kids in a creative manner according to their agegroup

She will prepare and follow an action packed timetable of learning activities and play ideas for the children according to their specific ages, and incorporate important dates, festivals, seasons as well as outdoor, indoor activities and games in the timetable.

As a team member she will work effectively and professionally in accordance with the creche policies and procedures.

Relationship building with parents/primary care and managing the day to day learning activities and engagement with children is an essential part of her role .

Reporting and documentation (MS word) is part of the requirement of the creche

Qualifications:

Minimum graduate
Preference for experience in a childcare setting

Storytelling talent (both English and Hindi)

Enthusiasm and positive attitude towards children and their activities
Caring and passionate about working with children
Excellent guest relations and customer service skills
A good communicator who is adaptable, resourceful, patient and diplomatic
Team player
Good interpersonal skills

Remuneration - Rs 15000 to Rs. 16000

Reporting timing - 9.15 am to pm 6 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
