Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee safety measures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (10-15 years) in civil engineering and project management, preferably in government projects like CPWD, DRDO, HAL, Refineries, etc.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant software applications for project management and design.
• Willingness to relocate as per project requirements.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in project management or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of government regulations and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
