Company: Qualcomm India Private Limited Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group Hardware Engineering General Summary: Position corresponds to Pre-silicon verification of ARM architecture based CPU subsystem. Engineer will work in a dynamic and consumer oriented environment where both time to market and quality are extremely important. CPU subsystem verification sign off includes functional verification using constraint random environment, formal verification and creating/debugging SV/UVM or C testcases to verify different aspects of CPU Roles and responsibilities o Work closely with design/verification teams within CPU to develop comprehensive test plan. o Use simulation and formal verification methodologies to execute test plans. Write checkers, assertions and develop stimulus. o Verify power intent through use of methodologies like UPF. o Mentor and drive junior team members whenever required o Debug design issues and propose fixes (if applicable) o Drive automation techniques and ensure code re-usability across projects Minimum Qualifications: . Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
