Job Title: Ground Class Trainer (Pilot Aspirants)

Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM, 6 days a week

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Ground Class Trainer to prepare aspiring pilots for entrance exams. The ideal candidate will develop and deliver targeted training sessions to help students excel in their exams and fulfill their career aspirations in aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct ground classes focusing on subjects relevant to pilot entrance exams (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, Aviation Theory).

- Develop and implement comprehensive training materials tailored to entrance exam requirements.

- Assess student progress through mock tests and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

- Offer guidance on exam strategies and study techniques.

- Collaborate with the admissions team to support students in their journey toward pilot training programs.

- Stay updated on aviation industry trends and entrance exam formats.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Aviation, Education, etc.).

- Previous experience in training or teaching, especially for competitive exams.

- Strong understanding of pilot training requirements and entrance exam formats.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
