Candidate will be required to make decisions that helps position EY appropriately. Decisions around solution assets, hiring and delivery model will need to be made.Essential Functions of the Job:

• Expand CPG sector umbrella in partnership with global member firms
• Build capabilities internally to service the offerings

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Leadership team including Industfry Solution and Strategic Account Leads to drive industry-specific growth, and identify solutions and programs needed to drive customer impact and transformation.
• Assess and improve industry acumen through direct engagement and coaching with Field leadership and other regional/area resources to enable a more customer industry aligned approach across the buying scenarios
• Assist clients to build the required capabilities/offerings for growth and innovation
• Support pre-sales and drive revenue for Consumer (CPG ) under CP&R sector
• Liase with internal stakeholders across member firms to sell CPG solutions, provide consulting services to global Member firms
• Aggregate regional insights, amplify best practice sharing, and deepen industry capability talent in each area and independently manage and drive different work streams

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep domain expertise in Consumer Goods, Retail, Food Services, Agro industries
• Strong understanding of Digital Customer Experience, Digital Value Chain areas, growth strategy, market entry strategy, operational, strategy, business plan formulation, commercial due diligence, market and assessment.
• Experience in adopting validated consulting methodologies like Design Thinking
• Works across regions to create and expand a market for Consumer (CPG ) specialized offering and to qualify and develop opportunities within those markets.
• Extensive Partner level interaction handling and global business uptake & development. Work with EY global leadership to extend footprints in Consumer (CPG) Sub Sector
• Strong financial background to structure
• Adept in presenting to CXO and business and IT leaders
• Strong knowledge ad rigor to keep on top of leading industry and technology trends
• Application and experience of using frameworks like process design, organization design, change management, insights driven business transformation etc. in multiple large transformation engagements

Qualifications

• Business Management from premier academic institutions
• 9 - 11 years of Client facing strategy / business consulting experience with leading consulting/CPG/Retail firms
• Must enjoy problem solving and have excellent presentation skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong social and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with global project teams
