About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical SEO Specialist with a strong grasp of website architecture, CMS management, and SEO best practices. This role requires hands-on experience in resolving technical issues, improving crawlability, and supporting content teams to drive organic growth and enhance overall website performance.Key Responsibilities:1. Optimize website structure for better search engine visibility and user experience2. Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, and other issues3. Manage and update website content using our internal CMS, Honcho, with a strong understanding of handling HTML and CSS codes to ensure content is well-structured, visually consistent, and optimized for SEO. 4. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to implement on-page SEO enhancements5. Monitor and improve site speed, mobile usability, indexing, and structured data implementation6. Work closely with development teams to implement SEO recommendations7. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices8. Utilize tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar platformsRequirements:- 2-5 years of experience in technical SEO- Proficiency in managing CMS platforms- Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and SEO technicalities- Familiarity with schema markup, sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags- Experience in the Insurance/BFSI domain is highly preferred- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills (ref:updazz.com)
