About the Role:We are looking for a IRDAI or NIA Certified Sales Trainer to strengthen the knowledge and capabilities of our sales teams by delivering comprehensive training programs on Life and General Insurance products, sales strategies, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipping teams with the right skills, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge, customer engagement, and regulatory compliance while also fostering a well-rounded learning environment that supports overall professional growth.Key Responsibilities :- Develop & Deliver Training Programs : Conduct engaging training sessions on Life & General Insurance products, sales techniques, compliance, and customer interaction.- Sales Coaching : Provide hands-on coaching to enhance the team's selling skills, objection handling, and consultative selling approach.- Content Development : Design training materials, presentations, case studies, and interactive workshops that enhance learning and practical application.- Regulatory & Compliance Training : Ensure teams stay updated on IRDAI regulations, ethical selling practices, and industry trends to maintain compliance and service excellence.- Holistic Skill Development : Support employees in enhancing essential business skills such as effective communication, relationship management, problem-solving, and customer experience best practices to improve overall professional competency.- Performance Monitoring : Track the impact of training on sales performance and provide structured feedback and improvement plans.- Cross-functional Training Support : Collaborate with HR, operations, and product teams to conduct specialized learning sessions beyond sales, ensuring a well-rounded skill set across the organization.- Evaluation & Reporting : Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance analysis.Key Requirements : - Experience : 5+ years in training within the insurance industry (Life & General Insurance preferred).- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Certifications : IRDAI or NIA certification or any other relevant training certifications.Skills : - Strong expertise in Life & General Insurance products, sales methodologies, and customer engagement strategies.- Ability to design and deliver both sales-focused and broader professional skill-building training programs.- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and content creation software.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to influence the success and development of a high-performing team.- Work with a dynamic and fast-growing insurance organization.- Competitive salary, career growth, and an environment that values continuous learning (ref:updazz.com)
