Hybrid Working
We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Introduction:
The Court Orders team is primarily responsible for the receipt, analysis, validation and investigative response to comply with legal court orders submitted by issuing authorities through the supply of information or the fulfilment of freezing and restraint orders. All members of the Court Orders team are expected to contribute to each of these areas to ensure that the Bank and PS&I remain compliant with all, legal, regulatory and internal policies and standards.
The primary purpose for this role will be to receive, analyse and respond to court orders and other regulatory, judicial and legal documentation and log all requests and support provided on the Case Management System, that have been submitted by EU law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. The role holder will also be required to support wider criminal disruption efforts by identifying emerging threats and links in the court orders requests and ongoing or emerging investigations within the Bank. The role holder will work to the highest levels of integrity acting at all times to protect the reputation of Barclays, its colleagues and its customers.
