We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Courier Delivery Agents. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels to customers.
Responsibilities:
• Collect parcels from the designated location.
• Deliver parcels to customers accurately and timely.
• Ensure parcels are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the dispatch team.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Own a vehicle (bike/scooter) for deliveries.
• Ability to navigate and use GPS devices.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to handle parcels.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.
