Job Summary:

My Ace Courier and Services Pvt Ltd is seeking reliable and efficient Courier Delivery Boys to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering parcels to our customers in a timely and professional manner while ensuring the safety and security of the packages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Parcel Delivery: Pick up and deliver parcels to customers' doorsteps within the designated area.

- Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including signatures and payment collection if required.

- Package Handling: Ensure parcels are handled with care and delivered in good condition.

- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations regarding courier services.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, report any issues promptly.

Requirements:

- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Experience: Previous experience in courier or delivery services is preferred.

- Skills:

- Good knowledge of the local area and routes.

- Ability to read maps and use GPS devices.

- Basic understanding of customer service principles.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle packages of various sizes and weights.

- License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- Communication: Basic proficiency in English and/or local language for communication with customers and team members.

- Personality Traits: Punctual, reliable, honest, and courteous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
