Below is the job description for Country Manager SEA role. Position is based at Airoli. Corporate office and this position reports to Cluster Head - ASEAN who is also based in India.Budget is 30-35 Lakhs plus sales incentives.Job Purpose:This position will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of BSV. Presence in the Southeast Asian region. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance market penetration, revenue growth, and brand visibility. Additionally, this position will oversee all commercial operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2-3 years of experience in Southeast Asian markets like Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia & Korea.
- Strong knowledge of the Southeast Asian pharma market, including regulatory processes, trade dynamics, and distribution networks.
- Prior experience in critical care, women's health, or infertility therapy areas will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in English is essential, and additional language skills are desirable.
- MBA from a reputed school in India
