This role reports to the Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility in the United States, and is based in Noida.What Youxe2x80x99ll DoGrant Strategy: Set portfolio strategy, negotiate, execute, and manage India 2% investments, acting as grantee relationship manager, to advance our Hometown Commitment in regionServe as in-country CSR-team representative and coordinator for the India 2% philanthropic programDrive the India 2% Committee to evaluate and foster meaningful relationships with local NGOs, nonprofits, and potential partners for community impact and opportunities, aligned with Adobexe2x80x99s Purpose strategyReview proposals and provide clear, concise, and insightful written analyses and recommendations for fundingCoordinate investment lifecycle, including tracking of invoicing and deliverables, receipt of required reports, and act as liaison with internal business partnersPartner Management: Consult with grantees and other partners to improve impact of projects and ensure investments are meeting strategy goals.
