Our client, a global logistics company with reach all over the globe, is looking for a Country HR Manager to join their team.
The Country HR Manager will partner with the business strategically in order to achieve business objectives. The incumbent in this role will be an expert on people management and will be responsible for compliance of people related matters and projects in the country including office & sites (such as benefits, labor relations, recruitment, restructuring, performance management, retention, cost saving, etc) ensuring the implementation of the company's policies, procedures and guidelines is in line with current employment law and country business strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
• HR Strategy: Design and implement an HR strategy aligned with business goals and support change management initiatives.
• Operational Leadership: Provide guidance and coaching to HR teams, ensure compliance with HR policies, and align practices with regional standards.
• Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts, optimize sourcing channels, manage offers and expenses, and ensure timely position closures.
• Talent Management: Foster a high-performance culture, identify competency gaps, implement training initiatives, and manage succession planning.
• HR Operations: Digitize HR processes, enhance policies and procedures, establish compliance and audit processes, and promote employee engagement.
• Learning & Development: Develop a learning strategy, build competencies at all levels, and align training with business objectives.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage employee cost budget, analyze HR costs, and design effective compensation and benefits programs.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience:
• 8+ years Country HR / HR Business Partner or equivalent experience ideally within a fast-paced global organisation.
• Deep knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, HR concepts and expertise.
• Knowledge and expertise related to HR policies, processes and practices of Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, Leadership Development and Global Mobility.
• Business planning and management skills.
• Strong business/ labor market understanding.
• Assertiveness, interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Credibility and recognition of ethical behaviour.
• Analytical and fast decision-making skills.
• Adaptation and flexibility to act in a changing and complex environment, with a multitasking mindset.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
