Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Country Head - Study Abroad located in Kochi. As the Country Head, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all study-abroad operations in the country. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing strategic plans, building and managing relationships with partner universities, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will lead a team and work closely with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the education industry or study abroad services
• Strong knowledge of the international education landscape and study abroad programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and partnerships
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and achieve targets
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in managing teams and driving performance
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Understanding of visa regulations and study abroad admissions processes
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
