Our Clients Company develops and manufactures premium private labels in Vitamins & Supplements, Cough & Cold and Pain Management.Position: Country Head xe2x80x93 Business DevelopmentLocation: AhmedabadJob Profile: * Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall business development strategy for the OTC product portfolio in Russia, aligning with corporate objectives.

• Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand our presence in the Russian OTC pharmaceutical market.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacy chains, distributors, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
• Sales Performance: Oversee sales operations, setting targets and KPIs to ensure the achievement of revenue goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and operational execution.
• Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and product development.

Desired Candidates:

• B.Pharm/BBA + MBA with 10 - 15 years experience in International Business Development in OTC / Pharmaceutical industry.
• Should have experience handling Russian Countries xe2x80x93 MUST.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience at leadership role.
