We are a renowned jewelry store seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team. As a Counter Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Service: Meet and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and offering personalized solutions.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our jewelry products, including features, benefits, and pricing.

3. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive and well-merchandised store display.

4. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, reporting stock discrepancies, and participating in inventory audits.

5. Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.

6. Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of jewelry products and industry trends.

4. Sales and Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

5. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a sales team.

6. Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
