Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated

Cafe GSA (Guest Service Associate)

to manage daily cafe operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service. Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback. Manage inventory, stock orders, and vendor coordination. Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with company policies. Train and supervise staff for efficient operations. Control costs and drive business growth (APC/ATV). Maintain relationships with landlords and stakeholders. Ensure timely reporting and documentation.
