Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our mobile store in Kadamba Plateau Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales at the counter, assisting customers with product inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and contributing to the store's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate mobile phones and accessories.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest mobile phones, accessories, and plans to provide accurate information to customers.
• Sales: Promote and sell mobile phones, plans, and related accessories to meet or exceed sales target
