Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Counter Sales Person to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

o Greet customers warmly and professionally.

o Answer customer inquiries about products, ingredients, and pricing.

o Provide product recommendations and suggestions.

o Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

Sales:

o Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

o Upsell products and promote bakery specials.

o Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Store Operations:

o Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

o Stock shelves and displays with products..

o Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.

Teamwork:

o Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

o Assist with closing procedures, such as cleaning and securing the store.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic math skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
