Job Summary
The Counter Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and providing exceptional customer service in an automotive retail setting.
Duties
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products for their needs
• Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
• Provide information on automotive repair and maintenance products
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
• Utilize knowledge of automotive diagnostics and services to recommend appropriate products
Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
• Ability to maintain a tidy and organized workspace
• Familiarity with cash register operations
• Organizational skills to manage inventory and product displays
• Understanding of vehicle maintenance needs
• Sales experience or willingness to learn about sales techniques
