DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Customer service: Greet customers, answer their questions, and provide assistance throughout the sales process.
• Facility maintenance: Keep the sales counter clean and organized.
• Communication: Maintain strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Product knowledge: Understand t products and inventory, and be able to suggest alternatives or additional items.
• Customer complaints: Assist and resolve customer complaints.
• New product information: Keep up with new product information and upcoming promotions.
