Counter Sales Executive
Job Description
• ustomer service : Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
• Sales transactions : Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Inventory : Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Product knowledge : Have excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales
• Customer follow up : Follow up on orders to prevent delay and frustration
• Customer satisfaction : Ensure that each customer leaves the store satisfied
• Cleanliness : Keep the counter area clean and organized
• Communication : Have essential customer service and communication skills
• Product preparation : Prepare merchandise for customer transportation
• Merchandise displays : Maintain counter area displays of merchandise in an orderly and attractive manner
• Customer complaints : Assist and resolve customer complaints
• New product information : Keep abreast of new product information and upcoming product promotions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?11,000.00 per month
