Counter Sales Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry based on their preferences and occasions.
- Provide accurate information about gold, diamond, and other jewelry pieces, including their features, pricing, and care instructions.
- Handle billing and payment processes with precision.
- Maintain the cleanliness and display of jewelry counters.
- Leverage prior experience in counter sales within the jewelry industry to meet customer needs effectively.
- Communicate fluently in English, Bengali, and Hindi to cater to a diverse customer base.
Strong interpersonal skills, a flair for customer service, and knowledge of jewelry trends are essential. Prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is preferred.
