### Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Counter Sales Executive Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our counter sales executives, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Training Program Development:

- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for counter sales executives.

- Update training materials regularly to reflect current industry trends and company policies.

2. Training Delivery:

- Conduct training sessions through various methods, including in-person, virtual, and on-the-job training.

- Utilize interactive training techniques to engage participants and enhance learning.

3. Performance Assessment:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

4. Support and Mentorship:

- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales executives.

- Address individual training needs and offer personalized coaching.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales managers and HR to identify training needs and align programs with business goals.

- Collaborate with other trainers to share best practices and resources.

### Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Education, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Hospitality Sector , preferably in a retail or counter sales environment.

- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with e-learning platforms.

Pay: From ?8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
