Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Counter Sales Executive (fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring excellent service at the counter. This role provides an opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer interaction within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter, providing product information and answering inquiries.
• Promote and sell products to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the system.
• Assist in managing and displaying promotional materials and product displays.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Provide a positive and welcoming shopping experience to all customers.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the sales field.
