Counter Sales Executive
Job Description
• Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with customers at the counter, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, offering advice and recommendations to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and providing receipts to customers.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels at the counter, ensuring products are well-displayed and replenished as needed.
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, upselling and cross-selling products when appropriate.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and organized counter display, ensuring products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
• Reporting: Maintain records of daily sales, customer interactions, and stock levels, and provide regular reports to the store manager.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
