Position: Counter Sales Executive

Location: - Samantrapur,Bhubaneswar.

Experience: 1-5 years

Salary Range: ?12,000 - ?18,000 per month

NOTE •

SD money will be required as per jewellery sector rules- 12 to 18k upon getting selected. Please proceed if you are okay with this.

Security Deposit: 50% of your Salary after selection and rest 50% will be deducted from your 1st month salary.

Please remember ,You will be paying your company only after your selection.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery, retail, or apparel sectors, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding the products they are looking for.

2. Provide product information, pricing, and answer any questions or concerns customers may have.

3. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and the store.

5. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.

6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

9. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

10. Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, refunds, and exchanges.

Requirements:

1. 1-5 years of experience in jewellery, retail, or apparel sectors (Preferably from Odisha).

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

4. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems is desirable.

6. Proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

8. Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.

9. Candidates with prior experience in garment sales need not apply.
